These terms govern access to the portal, booking requests, and account features.
You may use this portal only for lawful use related to event requests and account management. You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
Access to admin screens and admin APIs is restricted to accounts with administrative privileges.
Authentication is provided through Google Sign-In. A valid sign-in requires successful provider authorization and verification checks.
If no account exists for your verified email address, a user account is created automatically on first successful sign-in. Existing accounts are reused.
Accounts are assigned application roles for access control, including standard user access and, where explicitly granted, admin access.
If sign-in fails, is canceled, or security checks fail, access is denied and an authentication failure page is shown.
Submitting a booking request does not constitute acceptance. Requests are reviewed and processed by the operator.
Signed-in users can view their own bookings and may update booking details through available account features.
Booking cancellations in the portal are applied through booking-status transitions and may be limited by current booking state.
You can request account deletion from your account privacy area. A deletion request deactivates the account and starts an internal review workflow.
Deletion handling timelines and outcomes are subject to legal and operational obligations.
You must not attempt to disrupt service operation, bypass security controls, submit abusive traffic, or access data you are not authorized to access.
Service features may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the project contact channels.
